Meet Derek Dibbern
Owner & Operator | U.S. Navy Veteran

I’m Derek Dibbern, and I started Knox Ag Aviation to bring reliable, timely aerial support to growers in our community. Before this, I spent eight years as a Navy Diver — a job that taught me discipline, grit, and the value of doing things right the first time.
​
These days, I work closely with local farmers, fly planes, and stay hands-on in every acre we serve. I believe in hard work, honest relationships, and keeping things simple. If you call or text, it’s me you’ll be talking to. I’m always down to talk spray timing, field conditions, or underwater welding.​
